Hi, I’m Ted Kingston. I’m an entrepreneur and Navy veteran. I served as both Enlisted and Officer. I also used to be a Navy recruiter.
This website (navyenlisted.com) was initiated by a fellow Active Duty Mustang Officer, who has since retired from service. He used it back then as a recruiting platform for his team to attract potential applicants.
The original intention was to shut down this website upon the officer’s retirement.
So – I took it over – with the help of a small network of current and former Navy recruiters.
Since I was already an online publisher, I figured I could maintain this website as a hobby project because I believe it’s doing some good for young Americans.
I choose to look at this as indirect service to the Navy – by informing its potential future Sailors and leaders.
I said all of that to say this:
