1. Shipping Bonuses (Up to $45K)

  • If you ship between January and May 2025 in a selected rating, you could earn an extra $45,000.
  • Reserve Duty Sailors shipping January–May 2025 can earn up to $25K.

2. High School Senior Bonus ($10K)

  • High school seniors (2024-25 school year) who enter the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) before June 2025 and graduate before shipping to boot camp (June-July 2025) can qualify for a $10K bonus.

3. College Credit Bonus ($8K)

  • If you have college credits from a post-secondary accredited institution, you may be eligible for up to $8K.

4. Loan Repayment (Up to $65K)

  • If you have qualifying student loans, the Navy’s Loan Repayment Program can cover up to $65,000.

5. Prior Service Bonus

  • If you previously served and want to affiliate with the Navy Reserve, you may qualify for a prior service affiliation bonus.
